TTicker comes with full source code so you can also add your own customizations if necesarry and it can be compiled with Borland Delphi or any other VCL compatible IDE. The product is delivered electronically to you directly after the purchase.
There are two licenses available: The Single Developer License is right for you if you are an individual developer and work alone on your project. If more developers are involved on the project, you have to purchase a Site License.
