Digital welcome boards are a modern and professional way to provide a friendly welcome to visitors or customers in your company building, office, lobby, hotel, museum or visitor center. A welcome screen allows you to display personalized welcome messages as well as general company information and up-to-date news on a flat screen. This is more than just a gadget – a welcome system is a modern communications tool with a broad range of useful applications!

Strengthen your corporate identity by designing the welcome board according to your company's style, design and logo. The professional and powerful digital signage software Digital Signage Software "FrontFace for Public Displays" is the best solution for your individual, easy-to-setup and affordable welcome board. Putting a personalized ad hoc welcome message like "Welcome to our office Mr. Miller" on the screen with a single click while a corporate slideshow is running? No problem when using FrontFace as a welcome system! – Your visitors and customers will be highly impressed!

Compatible with standard PC hardware: You can easily install FrontFace for Public Displays on any normal Windows PC (XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8 or 10) and use it with any flat screen or TFT / plasma monitor!

The best software for easy-to-set-up, affordable and highly professional welcome boards:

Display Media of any Format

FrontFace for Public Displays can display any kind of media format, no matter whether you want to display text, pictures, photos, PDFs, videos, news tickers, live TV, Flash or Silverlight or even entire Web pages (HTML). A free weather widget for displaying the current weather conditions plus a 3-day forecast is also included. But really the best news is that you can use ANY Windows application that is capable of printing for producing high quality HD content for your display. Use PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc. to create content for your playlists. Stick to the tools you are used to without having to invest in learning how to use a new, complex design application!

Convenient Content Management

Controlling display content is super-easy with FrontFace for Public Displays. The software comes with a special application called Display Assistant which you can install on any Windows PC. It allows for composing and controlling content and playlists for your display(s). You can use schedules for running time-controlled playlists or display ad hoc content! Working with the intuitive Display Assistant is so easy that even untrained users can work with it hassle-free. Screens can be updated instantly while the software is running either using a local network connection (online) or a USB flash drive (offline update).

Fully Customizable Design

Eye-catching transition effects help you to create truly impressive slide shows while common design elements such as a color-matched news ticker bar or your logo shown as "overlay" (as known from many TV stations) can be configured easily. This allows you to implement a welcome board that fully matches your company's corporate identity and helps to strengthen the recognition value of your brand. Thanks to the unique Print2Screen feature you can instantly reuse any existing assets such as PowerPoint templates in your playlists without having to make any further modifications to them!

Controlling the Welcome Messages on Demand or by Calendar:

The welcome messages can be either controlled manually ("on demand") or by using a calendar. This allows you to preconfigure automatic welcome messages. Personalization ("Welcome, John Doe!") is of course supported by FrontFace as well! If you want to use a calendar for scheduling your welcome messages, you can either use the built-in calendar app that comes with FrontFace (free) or you integrate an external calendar using one of the optional Event Source Plugins that are available separately. You can integrate both Microsoft Exchange servers as well as Lotus Domino servers. Maintaining your appointments can then be done conveniently using either Outlook or Lotus Notes!
