As a Graphic and e-Media designer for a major electrical supplies distributor, my role involves constantly looking for new technologies to facilitate communication between our company and our customers. During the implementation of our digital signage campaign, I came across the RSS Crawler software and knew that it would be a great way to draw attention to our screens. With 31 branches across 5 provinces, the crawler enabled me to customize news and weather feeds to be specific to the branches in each region. We have now been using this technology for the past 5 months and continue to receive great feedback from our employees and our customers. We’ve seen a noticeable difference in viewer attention both initially and ongoing. Of course, the response time and great service from RSS Crawler helps us to avoid problems and get answers to questions whenever we need them – and usually, we need them fast!
