The news ticker bar appears to be jerking or stuttering.
If the news ticker bar is stuttering or jerking the reason for this is insufficient computing power of your PC. Please consider a hardware upgrade (e.g. a better graphics card and CPU).
In the settings dialog of a the media object "Ticker" in the FrontFace Assistant you can also adjust the speed of the news ticker. If you select a lower value this can also improve the display quality. Also, you should consider not using any extensively CPU-consuming playlist page transition effects in that case.
