In case you bought a hardware-bound license, the shipping is done by e-mail (electronically). Please check your mailbox and make sure that the e-mail did not get caught by your spam filter.
If you ordered a portable license (with a USB dongle), the product is delivered from Germany by postal mail. Delivery can take up to 2 weeks depending on the destination country. You can track the status of your delivery in the customer account section on our Website.
