First, please make sure that your player PC has access to the Internet.
If you have configured a firewall either on the player PC itself or an appliance in your network infrastructure that blocks the Internet traffic from the player, ensure to add rules which allow the player PC to access the Internet.
If you use a proxy server to conntect to the Internet, it may be possible that you have to change the proxy configuration of the FrontFace app to work with your proxy server.
