Web pages are not being shown even though an Internet connection is available.

It may be possible that you have to change the proxy configuration of the FrontFace application in case your network is configured in way that your player/kiosk PC can only access the Internet through a proxy server.

Furthermore, please make sure that the Internet access is not blocked by a firewall!
