When using VNC (Remote Desktop) the windows of the FrontFace applications do not appear or appear as "blank".

If you remotely connect (RDP/Remote Desktop) to a player or kiosk PC using VNC (e.g. UltraVNC or RealVNC) it is possible that the FrontFace application windows do not show up correctly or appear as "blank". This is due to a problem with the "Mirror Driver" of VNC that remotely transmits the screen content.

In order to fix this problem, either deactivate the "Mirror Driver" in the VNC settings or change the value of the configuration option "UpdateMethod" to "0" or "1" (recommended).

This will also show any so called WPF windows correctly which also includes the FrontFace application windows.
