LAV Filters Codec Pack Installation (for Video Playback)
Best video playback performance and support for a large set of video formats can be achieved by installing and using the LAV Filters Codec Pack:
First, download and install the LAV Filters on your system(s).
Start the “LAV Video Configuration” app from the Windows Start Menu and select an appropriate option for “Hardware Decoder to use”. In most cases “DXVA2 (native)” is the best choice. If you have an Nvidia graphics card, please select “NVIDIA CUVID”.
