If this does not help, please compare the middle part of the license key (between the two dashes) with the activation code that is shown in the dialog when the Kiosk / Player Application is started.
If these do match, please enter the full license key again correctly and without any typos.
If these do not match, this license key cannot be used on this PC (either the hardware has changed or you issued the license key for a different/wrong PC). Please contact the technical support, because your license key has to be re-issued.
